Does it matter that I cook for a living? Maybe not, taste buds are so personal and subjective. But I have tried A LOT of delicious olive oils.

Barbàra is now my favorite and here is why:

I love Barbàra’s olive oil for its expression. Bright enough to taste its flavor but delicate in texture. Texture in olive oils is an interesting thing, sometimes olive oils can taste buttery and thick, but Barbàra’s is true to its expressive bright punch.

When using Barbàra’s olive oil, i love that it offers a clean, olive oil taste without it being overly peppery. This olive oil brings out the best in food, especially when the oil is unheated.

Our favorite ways to enjoy Barbàra’s is on popcorn, salad dressings, toast and my absolute favorite is on top of thinly sliced cabbage with tons of salt and a summer tomato also doused in this wonderful olive oil. Use a ton, you wont regret it!

There are a lot of olive oils out there, but Barbàra’s is ONE OF THOSE TO TRY!!

I have been using Barbàra Extra Virgin Olive Oil for the past year. I love cooking. I am French, so I cook from scratch almost every day. I use Barbàra EVOO for everything: when I want to saute vegetables the taste stays perfect even at high temperatures and a couple teaspoons on your salad or on your fish will transform any simple meal into something fresh, vibrant and magical.

I was very surprised by how easy the “bag in a box” system is to use and easy to set up. Now having my olive oil sitting on the counter top feels natural.

I have reordered for myself and have given some Barbàra extra virgin olive oil as presents to friends and it makes a wonderful gift to anybody who likes quality products.
